📈 Major Project for 2025: IFWY 2025 Overview
✔ Global Youth Initiative: Co-organized by UN Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and MBC
✔ Regional Dialogues: July-August 2025 across 5 continents (Africa & Middle East, Asia & Pacific, Europe, Latin America & Caribbean, North America)
✔ Korean Dialogue without borders: October 2025 in Seoul
✔ Final Conference: "Our Sustainable Future" in Seoul, October 2025
✔ Solidarity Concerts: Cultural celebration alongside the final conference
📃 Key Responsibilities
✔ Program Planning & Content Development
- Design and develop comprehensive programs for Regional Dialogues and the Main Conference
- Create content and agenda for Korea IFWY Conference(main conference)
- Plan pre-conference events and cultural familiarization tours in Korea
✔ International Event Operations
- Travel to and manage on-site operations for Regional Dialogues across 5 continents
- Coordinate logistics for international participants and stakeholders
- Oversee event execution from planning to completion
✔ Global Conference Management
- Plan and execute Seoul-based IFWY Conference and related activities
- Manage international participants, speakers, and dignitaries
- Coordinate with global partners and international organizations
✔ Cross-Cultural Collaboration
- Work with diverse international teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between global and local partners
- Develop culturally sensitive and inclusive programming
💻 Work Environment
✔ Office Location: Near Gangnam Station
✔ Tools: Slack, Notion, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Hangeul
✔ Working Hours: 8 hours per day, flexible start/end times between 9 AM - 7 PM

✔ English Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills
✔ Passionate about event planning and program development from conception to execution
✔ Strong interest in global conferences and international events
✔ Genuine curiosity about international organizations and global governance
✔ Deep engagement with global issues
✔ Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative in international settings
✔ Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods
✔ Strong project management and organizational skills
✔ (Intern) Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (including those on leave or recent graduates)
✔ (Full-time) University graduate or equivalent qualification
➕ Preferred Qualifications
✔ Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or convention industry
✔ Previous experience participating in or organizing youth events and conferences
✔ Interest or experience in international organizations, UN system, or public diplomacy
✔ Additional foreign language skills beyond English
✔ Background in international relations, global studies, or related fields
✔ Experience in multicultural environments or international education
✔ Digital marketing and social media management skills
✔ Video editing, graphic design, or multimedia production abilities
